Property Description

 A homely and welcoming 4-bedroom property in the picturesque village of Georgeham, just 1.5 miles from the golden sands of Putsborough Beach.

No.18 Davids Hill has four king size bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large garden. This stylish property is the perfect holiday bolthole for you and your family or a group of friends to escape to the coast this summer. PET friendly – up to 2 dogs.

The Space

As you enter the property you will find yourself in the large hallway with the main master king bedroom on your left-hand side. This bedroom has plenty of storage space for all your clothes and personal items.

On the right-hand side of the hallway is a large kitchen / dining room. You will find everything you’ll need to cook up a feast with a large double oven, electric hob, American fridge freezer and further amenities to make your stay more enjoyable: dishwasher, coffee machine.
Just off the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine. Perfect place to store all your beach items.

Further along the hallway you’ll find a modern spacious family bathroom and another king size bedroom with plenty of storage.
Make your way up two steps and you will find a shower room on your right-hand side. Straight Infront of you is a further two king size bedrooms. These two bedrooms again have plenty of storage and even desks, a perfect place to spend an hour or two completing your work tasks after a day on the beach.

Make your way down a flight of stairs and you’ll find yourself in the large living area.
With three lots of patio doors leading out onto the large lawn garden & patio area this room is perfect for those summer BBQ evenings to enjoy the outside / inside living. This room offers a full-size pool table, large L shaped sofa and a further three-seater sofa. We also have a log burner for the colder evenings. We have plenty of DVDs for you to use or you can enjoy the BT hub.

Outside
There is sun loungers for you to soak up the sunshine on the patio & a BBQ to cook up a feast for all your party – parking for three vehicles.
