About Us

Established in 2017 by Georgina Lees, Croyde Housekeeping & Property Management is a young company with a rapidly growing reputation. Cleaning homes from the age of 15, the owner and founder, Georgina, quickly moved from working for a holiday rental company to becoming a property manager for their portfolio. Her business was founded after learning that homeowners on the North Devon Coast were struggling to have full control over their holiday properties, and consequently, they were not always presenting the high standards expected by guests. Having soon realised important details and a personal package within the industry was being missed, she founded Croyde Housekeeping & Property management in 2017, along with our sister company SeaShore Cottages in 2018.

At Croyde Housekeeping, we wanted to set up a company that holiday homeowners can trust, as well as becoming a personal contact within North Devon who can grant owners complete peace of mind whilst hours away. We work closely with clients through regular and efficient communication, making sure your holiday home is kept up to a 5-star standard. We’ve expanded into many sectors of cleaning and property management, and have provided six successful seasons. Fortunately we have many happy customers in Croyde, Woolacombe and the surrounding areas, therefore references are available upon request.

• Preparing your holiday home for renting – we can help you pick the best items for your holiday home and give you the best advice on laundry and furniture.
