As managing director of SeaShore Cottages and its sister company, Croyde Housekeeping & Property Management, Georgina Lees is responsible for making sure all owners and guests have the best experience. With 6 years’ experience in the holiday rental industry, Georgina knows what owners & guests are expecting from their experience with SeaShore Cottages. Over the last year, Georgina has grown SeaShore Cottages, so we can offer properties to match all of our guest needs with affordable pricing.
Georgina has lived within the area of Croyde for 25 years and has made some great connections with local businesses. Unlike most companies, we offer a full package from holiday rentals, Housekeeping and a management package where we are linked in with some of the best contractors within the area that are on call 24 hours a day 362 days a year.
Georgina visits all new properties and meets with the owner to discuss a plan of action. We will tailor a package to suit you and your holiday home. We offer packages from just renting your property to the full works from furnishing – housekeeping and more. Staying in a SeaShore Cottage property is an unforgettable experience which is why finding the right properties is crucial to our business as well as having a good relationship with our owners. Our selective portfolio allows us to devote unparalleled time and attention to every property, whilst creating truly memorable holiday experiences for our guests. SEASHORE COTTAGE LETTINGS
We organise and manage the majority of your payments for your property, producing monthly statements detailing all expenses alongside your rental income. Our commission rate is 13% on all bookings. We operate a minimum 3-night stay policy. We may choose to partner with carefully selected third party agents. All agents we work with are down to SeaShore Cottages discretion, operating on an affiliate marketing basis that result in more direct bookings. Our choice to work with agents does not affect the commission or the booking cost in any way. The owner will receive a monthly statement which will show amounts received in the month minus SeaShore Cottages commission.
MARKETING
SeaShore Cottages has an in-house prestigious digital marketer who creates strategic marketing plans to optimise occupancy and rental rates for each property. This strategy includes the following: social media marketing, content creation, SEO and analytics. We also have an in-house web specialist who handles any transaction or updates through our reputable website.
