Perfectly nestled opposite the main 3-mile sandy beach of Woolacombe, the property features an allocated space for parking and once you follow the staircase up to the top floor, you will have arrived at your home-away-from-home.

Featuring an open-plan living space and a well-equipped kitchen, you can expect instant relaxation when you walk in to the apartment as its spacious design and breathtaking views welcome you.

The spacious sitting area offers the perfect place to unwind after a dip in the sea and walk along the beach, you’ll be able to sink into the sofas to watch a film on the TV or gather round to watch the sunset and playing board games.

As the evening draws to a close, retire to one of the three bedrooms. The apartment comprises of a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a single bedroom — both with breathtaking sea views — and a twin room at the rear of the apartment. All three bedrooms are the perfect size for optimal comfort and privacy whilst on holiday. Guests will also be able to unwind with a warming bath in the spacious family bathroom before switching off after a long day exploring the area.

Spend some quality time within the property’s communal garden on the right-hand side of the building, where you can relax in one of the lounge chairs while enjoying a refreshing beverage. With an outdoor dining table, you and your guests will be able to enjoy alfresco dining while watching the sunset.

The gardens enjoy a southerly position and receives sunshine for most of the day, allowing you to take in the far-reaching views of the picturesque village, the surrounding countryside, the golden sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean while indulging in the warm sunshine.

If you’re looking for some entertainment, you can find a wealth of amenities to suit all ages and tastes at the centre of the village — just a short leisurely stroll from the apartment.

We have an excellent relationship with other companies in the Woolacombe/Croyde area and have sourced together a comprehensive guide with out best recommendations on where to find the best-of-the-best in the area, from pubs to surf schools. If needed, we can also arrange certain activities for you and your guests to enjoy, such as surfing lessons with a professional surf instructor, coasteering and horse riding lessons.

For walking enthusiasts, you will find the South West Coast path right at the doorstep, where you can explore miles of dramatic coastline and wonderful scenery.
