No.8 Coastal View is a newly converted, ground floor apartment featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. With proximity to the beach, the views from the house are breath-taking, there are many coastal paths to enjoy, including a walk along the beach to the peaceful hamlet of Putsborough.
Designed with a stylish and contemporary feel, the entrance to Coastal View leads into a spacious living room and kitchen space, excellently equipped with all the essentials, including integrated Zanussi appliances, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. No.8 Coastal View also features its own private marked parking space and additional communal gardens. The communal gardens are located on the right-hand side of the building, offering several terraced seating areas, which are for the private use of all of the apartments within the development. These gardens also enjoy a sunny southerly aspect, promising far-reaching views overlooking the picturesque village, the surrounding countryside, the golden sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
