The bright and airy open-plan living/dining room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. French doors open directly onto a decked terrace and enclosed garden, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Curl up on the large corner sofa or one of the three leather tub chairs, and enjoy the warmth of the log burner or a film on the flat screen TV with Freeview. The dining area features a solid wood table with seating for eight—ideal for family meals or game nights.

Kitchen & Utility

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a ceramic hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, breakfast bar, and a generous supply of utensils, cookware, and crockery. Adjacent is a practical utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, under-counter freezer, and a ceiling-mounted drying rack—perfect for active beach days.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Offshore has four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, comfortably sleeping eight:

•Bedroom 1: Spacious master suite with double bed, dressing room, wall-mounted TV, and en-suite shower room

•Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite shower room, flat screen TV, and French doors to the garden

•Bedroom 3: Twin beds (can be joined to create a king-size bed)

•Bedroom 4: Twin beds

Bathrooms

In addition to the two en-suite shower rooms, the main bathroom features a P-shaped bath with shower over. There is also a fully accessible wet room with widened doorway, folding shower seat, and handrail is ideal for guests with limited mobility. There’s also a handy outdoor shower—great for sandy feet or post-surf rinses.

Outdoor Space

Step out from the living area or master bedroom onto the private rear garden and decked terrace, a wonderful spot to unwind. The hot tub (included in your rental) offers a relaxing end to the day—perhaps with a glass of wine as the sun sets. There’s also an outdoor shower for post-beach or post-hike clean-ups. The garden can be accessed directly from the front driveway via a secure, coded gate.
