On the ground floor, two beautifully styled double bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, one with its own en-suite, alongside a sleek family bathroom. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is made for slow breakfasts, shared meals and evenings spent unwinding together, with large patio doors opening onto the garden.

Upstairs, the master suite feels like a retreat in itself. A king-size bed, generous wardrobe space and a contemporary en-suite create a sense of quiet luxury, while the landing seating area offers a peaceful moment to take in the sweeping views towards Braunton Burrows.

Well behaved dogs are welcome with an additional charge. Please note all dogs need to be kept on the ground floor.
