SeaShore Cottage is a contemporary 3-bedroom annex located in the heart of Croyde, North Devon.
The property is arranged over two floors. It has wonderful views to the downs of Croyde from the second-floor window.

- A refundable damages deposit of £100.00 will be added onto your reservation at a later date.
The Space:
Seashore Cottage is a beautiful stylish 3 bed annex. With a seaside / shabby chic theme throughout to create a luxurious space to unwind.
The property is a family sized annex and provides a wonderfully grown up haven for a romantic break or weekend away with friends.
As you enter the property you immediately enter the hallway. In front of you is the family seaside themed bathroom with a contemporary bath and powerful shower overhead.
To the right of the hallway is the master bedroom (Double) that houses ample of wardrobe space, dressing table and fully length mirror. Through this bedroom is the ‘third’ bedroom (single) only really ideal for child or small teen. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer / freezer is also on this level.
Stairs lead up to the second floor where you will be welcomed by an open plan cosy living / kitchen/ dining area. With comfortable seating for four / five people.
Also, on this level is a twin bedroom that can be made into a Super King bed if requested.
Outside:
The property is accessed by a long driveway with an allocated parking spot for one vehicle.
To the rear of the property is a private decked terrace. Lovely spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning and al fresco dining in the evening. With seating for five people, sun loungers.
Other Things To Note:
Only room for one car.
No Pets are allowed in the property.
No music after 10pm.
Guests have full access to the entire cottage.

A wonderful cottage to stay being less than 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Also, only 10 minutes walk from the lovely award-winning beach. My family really enjoyed the lovely cake left on arrival. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay by the sea!

We had such a great stay at seashore cottage! Everything was perfect and the little extras like the milk and cake were really lovely! We had everything we needed for our stay and when we did contact jo she replied in minutes! A really great holiday and can’t want to return!
